At Ravenswood we are currently seeking a full-time experienced Café Assistant to work alongside the Café Lead, supporting and enabling the on-site Café provision within Ravenswood village. This is based at the community hub where the people we support with learning disabilities and autism meet and socialise, and get involved with the various activities. This role will suit an outgoing, caring and socially adept person, keen to make a difference in this wonderful social care community. This role involves some occasional evening and weekend work to support certain key events and having a ‘can-do’ attitude with a flexible approach is key. Our fantastic site is made up of eleven different care homes set in the Berkshire countryside, with an Activity centre, a hydrotherapy pool and a horse-riding centre. This is a nurturing environment, where every team member makes a worthwhile contribution to making Ravenswood the special place it is, and this is valued immensely by the Norwood family.
