Are you a trained and experienced Bakery retail shop Supervisor looking for their next role? We are a small, artisan bakery producing top quality breads, pastries and patisseries from scratch in our bakery and are looking for an exceptional team member to join us and take the business forward. You will be responsible to the day to day supervision of our retail team, the smooth running of the customer service operation, food hygiene standards and presenting the retail areas in an inviting manner. You will have sales targets, supported by the bakery, retail and management teams, to achieve. We expect that you will already have bakery retail industry experience and will be able to bring your skills to become a key member of our team.
