Who we are looking for

A Housekeeper to join the Human Resources team to support the Company's operation at our offices based in Gibraltar.

You will be responsible for greeting and taking care of any visitors that come to our offices in Gibraltar. You will possess strong organisational skills with a structured approach to following company procedures and a devotion to provide an excellent service to both our employees and external customers.

We are keen to welcome candidates who are passionate about delivering high quality service whilst working in a fast paced and rewarding environment.

Relevant training will be provided on all aspects of the role to the successful applicant.

Preferred skills and experience

Friendly and personable approach to tasks.
Hospitality background desirable.
Flexibility and ability to multitask with a hands on approach to the role.
Competency to prioritise a wide range of tasks and meet deadlines.
Aptitude for strong attention to detail.
Possess excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Professional with excellent customer service and communications skills.
Self-motivated, service oriented and ability to maintain discretion.
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish essential.

Main Responsibilities

Meeting and greeting of alll visitors to the office.
Setting up and and clearing down of meeting rooms.
Keeping communal areas tidy and welcoming for a positive first impression.
Obtaining and tracking references.
Ordering and distributing weekly lunches and fruit to the various floors.
Negotiating staff discounts with businessess in Gibraltar and Spain.
Dealing with deliveries associated with the role.
Ordering supplies as and when required.
Organising catering and refreshments as and when required.
Liasing and building relationships with key managers in the business to understand their needs.
Assisting in facilitating employee benefits in line with the guidance of the Head of Human Resources.
Covering reception as and when required.
